However one of the best ways to attack a problem such as hair fall is by means of natural methods and remedies. Ayurvedic remedies can be the perfect solution for anyone who has been battling hair loss for some time, male or female.
What are the remedies to use? Mustard oil can be a good source of help for treating alopecia that will not result in side effects. You can take 250 grams of mustard oil and add 100 grams of henna leaves with it. Boil them for 15 minutes, let cool and then strain the henna leaves. The remaining oil is then used as a massage oil in all thinning hair areas.
That particular remedy should not take you no longer than 20 minutes to fix up. There are other natural oils that can be of up in less time than it takes you to brush your teeth. As an example you can mix castor oil with almond oil to thicken thin hair. This mixture also works to get rid of excess oils that can clog your follicles.
